With over a decade of leadership across financial services, Thele is the founder of Thele Moore Solutions, a platform that unites her passion for helping families build wealth through smart homeownership, comprehensive insurance, and authentic relationships.
As the owner of Thele Moore Agency – American Family Insurance and a licensed mortgage specialist, she is uniquely positioned to support clients with end-to-end protection — from securing a mortgage to insuring what matters most.

Thele brings a strong academic and professional background to every client relationship, with degrees in Health Management, Business Administration, Claims, and Risk Management. Whether guiding first-time buyers through loan approval or helping families protect their homes and businesses, she operates with a clear principle:

She is especially passionate about supporting real estate agents, who trust her to deliver fast approvals, responsive communication, and co-branded tools that help them close more deals.
BEYOND BUSINESS
Outside the office, Thele is an active leader in the Atlanta metro area. She’s a charter member of Kiwanis Central DeKalb, an alumna of Leadership DeKalb, and serves as NAACP DeKalb’s Membership Chair. She’s also a youth tennis coach, mentor for 3DEschools, and part-owner of the popular Stoned Pizza Kitchen in historic downtown Stone Mountain.
